Google will not index certain PBN domains

I know you already said that you checked it in WMT but i saw this kind of mistake a lot in the past so i feel compelled to ask...
Did you checked WMT -> Domain -> Search Traffic -> Manual Actions?

You'll not see the penalty in the "Message" section.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread - and for the noob question, but: surely people aren't adding these domains to their own webmaster tool accounts? Are you making new WMT/search console accounts for each domain?

IMHO if your domains are not getting indexed after 3 weeks max they are penalized, otherwise the backlinks they had (I imagine you bought them to create a PBN) are not good at all, leave them and move on, DO NOT CONNECT your main gwt account with your PBN domains

Can anyone give me a pbn how to link ,a real good
how to create pbn's , or tutorials, to get ranked heigher in google.

I want as much proper info as possable please ....

Did you add niche relevant youtube videos to the page? Use lists and other good content setups to make it more visually appealing. I tend to get pages indexed by doing this. Make sure you use categories and tags in your posts. Featured image and other images as well Unique images almost always work for me even on spammy domains. I feel your content is what makes it index or not, to a degree.
