noobs will be taken out, competition will lower and real blackhats will continue to thrive

This will smooth the competition so much.
wE should thank google for this!

It just puts the bar higher so it will just get harder for noobs to run ads! :D

Can anyone elaborate on how to successfully pass google's KYC verification? I'm particularly interested in this as it pertains to their Google Play developer verification requirements on all existing accounts that's being rolled out over this year. I assume it's similar to their verification of these ad accounts. Thanks.

Google play wants your document (ID,Official government identity document) photos (front, back) and address proof.
Verification is quick. No idea if automated or real person but its usually less than 24 hours.
They are a bit picky with address proof "papers".

Also You need to pay $25 for developer account, one time fee. Unless you get banned

No selfies, videos or such things.
So basically you can upload anything high quality and be verified.

Is this a general warning or is it personal?
 
I was paying a lot to Google every month but I wasn't getting good results, so I'm closing my Adwords account and switching over to social media ads. Some people say they get better results from FB ads or Twitter ads than from Google ads so it's worth a shot.
 
What's correct about Google ads? Everything is a separate problem, I think Google ads should be shut down so Google can be free and we can be free too.
