Google Webmasters tools notification of LOW QUALITY Pages

    After sending over 700,000 notification for low-quality links, Google has now started to send this message:

    We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines.

    Specifically, we detected low-quality pages on your site which do not provide substantially unique content or added value.

    How can a computer determine what is "low quality"? I've read plenty of articles on CNN that certainly qualify for that...

    It could be a manual review by google.

    Dont u guys get sick of google?
    they are controling what to use/put/form on websites (Full google internet control)
    i did, now im moving on.
