Google Webmaster Tools- Increase in not found errors

Well I just got the error message "Increase in not found errors" on google webmaster tools. Seems like google think my new site is still the older version (it is an aged domain). How do i fix these not found links.? There are 280 of them. What to do?

redirect the individual pages to the new equivalent or similar

i have to do it individually for 280 of them?

I m also facing this problem. But there are no url's like that what webmaster tools have mentioned . Might be problem at their end. I didn't fixed it and left it like that.

I have a 404 redirect plugin so in theory there should be no errors.

didn't realise you have that many - so many people here got MNS of 5 or so pages.
