Google Webmaster tool show strange error pages ??

My Google Webmaster tool show many crawler 403 error. Number of error are increasing by the time. All of them are ugly and strange URLs like this:

I dont understand how the hell these kind of URL can be submitted go Google crawler

Do it affect my ranking ? How to fix this

My site is a Wordpress blog.

It won't affect your rankings. The 403 errors are crawed from your backlinks, not onsite links. If there are some problems in your backlink code, it could cause this problem. Check your backlink code.
