Google Webmaster tool and analytics bad for my site?

Hi guys,

I did start a new website and this time i dident add webmaster tool or analytics to it but i use piwik instead.
i like to have webmaster tool but is it true it can be bad for my site when i rank it with linkbuilding ? i will not add that service before i know if it will punish me..
The linkbuilding is not 20.000 blasts from fiverr some of the more advanced services from this site.

well g analist is allways good what iknow.... but with any spammin no matter how adbanced it is allways have a risk

On the site it is only whitehat and a normal shoe site so no problem there it is more the backlinks i worry about..

Google webmaster and Analytic is the best tool avail free. Make a use of it!

Don't be afraid use both. Its not going to make a difference if there going penalize you or not. If there going to do it they will.
