Just follow the instructions from Google. It's very simple.

There are no special instructions. Insert the site, verify it, then obey all of Google's rules so you become a great adwords customer.

Yes there is no specific instruction on how to do it.
However, I would suggest you to first make seo friendly urls to website without adding underscore (_) in url.
Then proceed to generating and submitting sitemap to webmaster tool.
