hello, troubling to create google voice number. it needed a forwarding number and if I choose a number from text verified services it's then got approved and creates a google voice account without any number! and one of my bro tried with Mac and he made it. And i'd tried with my ios and result is zero. But we both live outside US. Why this is happening? or Any suggestion?

Since you don't live in USA may I know if you are using VPN or IP?
