Google Video thumbnails update. Solutions?

For weeks I was wondering why my traffic dropped about 20% while impressions remained about the same...

Did anyone found a solution to this?

I am thinking about creating a dedicated page for each of those videos that were inside my articles (I own the videos) and maybe remove them or unlist from Youtube?

Any input is appreciated.....
