there was 1 year plan for US students

It's not that easy google do a lot for checks before letting you add a vcc, any issue and it blacklists the card.

Never use PayPal use a credit card and set the transaction limit to 1 or 2$

No, to be clearer, I had this amount in the Google billing, but I had also taken a Google AI Pro subscription with my PayPal account on automatic rebilling. Those bastards charged me for the Google Cloud Skills Boost, I’m not sure if I’m being clear?

For AI Pro, no, I didn't pay because there's a one-month free trial, but for Cloud Skill, the amount was in billing the next day.
