google url cloaking question

how can I cloak my url using google? Not talking goo.gl I see some guy generating links that look something like this google.com/webhp?as_q=&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&lr=&cr=&as_qdr=all&as_sitesearch=&as_occt=any&safe=images&tbs=&as_filetype=&as_rights=&gws_rd=ssl

thats not a live example I just grabbed something that was similar in length and look. This is really good for parasite host marketing because hard to monitor the outgoing traffic. Any ideas?

That looks like a searched link, google your site and then copy that link on the search results. idk if that's it, hope so

that wont work I tried it, the link goes dead if you use it outside of google
