I found a really interesting article about what metatags to add in your Adult videos so will not get through safe search.

You can get a positive signal from Google if you point them directly to your content and ask them to filter it for you.

I guess better and more relevant traffic.

It recommends site owners use metadata which looks like:

<meta name="rating" content="adult" />
 
Hm really interesting, I don't know about this. Should this be on every page of adult website or only on url with video or image or other nsfw material.

They suggest a strong signal which is a metatag in the page so you can "hide" the whole page ( If the whole page is for Adults ) .But you can either filter only the video and not the whole page.

Another example:

If a website is not all for Adults and only a part of the whole page, they (Google) suggest to address the adult content in a subdomain of the website and use these meta tags only to the subdomain.
