don't you read the news? .. it is everywhere.. seroundtable, searchengineland, John Mueller talked about that today and much more sources.. just google it up..

I got hit yesterday, first my rankings dropped, then my website completely disappeared from serps even when I look it up via site: and then I got a message about a manual action in WMT for "Pure Spam". The exact same thing happened to some of my friends yesterday, there's also some chatter about it on various forums but I don't think it's a major update. Definitely doesn't seem like penguin or panda.
