Google Update - Manual Spam Action Warning For White Hat Site

I woke up this morning and got the following email from google.

Major spam problems on mysite


To: Webmaster of mysite,
Google has detected that your site violates our Webmaster Guidelines. Because this critical issue lowers the quality of search results for users, Google has prevented the offending pages from showing in Google Search results. This manual spam action has been applied to mysite To reinstate your site, you must significantly change the content to conform to our guidelines. Only after making those changes should you submit a reconsideration request in order to have your content included in Google Search results.

You may think this is fair enough, but this is a 100% white hat site with no spam. I haven't touched it in almost 2 years because I don't care about it, since it got nuked in previous updates.

Here are some facts about the site:
Martial Arts website
All articles were written by myself prior to GPT being released. I have genuine knowledge of all topics.
Site was pulling in near 100k sessions per month through Google search and discover prior to October 2022.
No real updates have been made during the past few years, all content is still the same.
No black hat backlinks or techniques were used making this site, it was 100% organic since I didn't really know any BH techniques back then.

I'm not even going to fix this site since it was making $2-3k per month a few years ago and now probably made $30 per month in the last year so I don't care about it.

This should be a warning to any of you who think that google wants quality content, cares about your site, is a reputable search engine or any other reason to chase google traffic.

It's simply not worth it, find another method. If I depended on google for money right now I would be absolutely fucked, so don't fall into this trap.

Edit: Forgot to mention - this is the spam message I get on google search console, Fwiw I don't even know how to do any of these techniques:

Pages on this site appear to use aggressive spam techniques, such as automatically generated gibberish, cloaking, scraping content from other websites and/or repeated or egregious violations of Google's spam policies for web search.
