hey guys , last update at oct 2020 , google make we cant do manual indexing on gsc , what is the effect from last update to the seo service? thanks

Everyone can index all day long with GSC.
If you need fast indexing just use a parasite and add your link and google will catch it.
Google can take 8 months to index now days.
Use a indexing service or use a method like the one I mention above.
Google updates are manly for all the new talking indexing algo like Google home and Amazon stick, Google into voice apps a lot these days.
Your have to live with it.
There hundreds of info on indexing on here try the search button next time .

No it won't. Google picks their own meta descriptions sometimes depending on the search term.

All my new posts are indexed within hours. No issues there. The one problem I am having, is with Google's idea of a good meta description. They keep writing all the wrong stuff and replacing my meta descriptions with theirs.
true my client posts got indexed withn hours, but yes they took wrong meta lol
