Hello! One of my money sites is in Japanese.

I never use Google Translate for content on that site. Always unique human written articles. My question is: Can I use Google Translate for a tier 2 parasite? Or maybe just use English?

Most people use spun, auto generated or low quality articles for tier 2 and tier 3 links, so yes, you can.

damn, you must be managing 1k money sites now

yes, you can use translated content for the 2nd tier,
you can use Deepl, Yandex or bing translators to avoid any future possible risks

There should be no problem. Especially if you correct any crucial mistakes manually so it converts too.

done this few times, and have not seen issue in getting money site ranked as number 1, if tier 2 is based on translated content.

Unique and quality content is the better parasite for tier 2 but you can spin.
