Apparently, Google will allow users to thumbs up content. Allows users to rate content that they find to be useful. Wonder how this will effect SEO in the future.

We'll see all sorts of programs/services offering +1s if it affects rankings. In my opinion black hat sites could benefit from this, particularly in micro niches...
