It's better to use 1 IP for 1 ads account but if you want to use different then it's fine too just make sure it's from same ISP. Also make sure you work using residential IP's and not datacenter proxies. Also use Anti-Detect browser like Multi-Login.

I read before, in usa, a family use 1 IP adress, so Google can check, if USA account use different IP, account will be suspended
But it only USA, in some other country, different IP still working

It's not easy to make Threshold account these days, I was talking about Google Ads accounts generally that you should use Static Residential proxies to manage Google Ads accounts,
