5th BUSINESS day from 8th June 2023, will be 15th June 2023. So, wait till 17th June 2023 and DO NOT DIRECTLY CONTACT Google Ads support at all whatsoever.
On 17th June 2023 (when logged into the Google Ads account), click on "Read more" (which is shows in your screenshot) and you'll see something like "add more information", etc, click on that and type in a story that "I have waited over 5 business days for blablabla. Please kindly unsuspend my Google Ads account, because blablabla and some more relevant blablabla ..." and submit it.
Does not matter if "suspended due to suspicious payment" changed to "suspended due to unpaid balance".
Ofcourse, as we all know, the decision upon an appeal is taken by their AI based algorithms. But, do not forget, doing the above triggers their AI based algorithms to "think" that "Oh, this guy seems to be serious, so he (or she) waited 5 business days and then has added more info ...".
I do a lot of experimentations with Google Ads and the above is often helpful to me.
Remember, we are playing a game with AI based algorithms as far as Google Ads is concerned. Contacting Google Ads human support is the WORST possible thing to do. Instead, play the game with their AI based ai gorithms.
