google take too much time to index my new threads

hi there
i hope you all doing well
i am running a vBulletin forum with a unique and good content but Google take around 20-25m
to index my new threads what Wrong !!
sitemap has been submitted to my GWT and Google is crawling my site perfectly without any error in GWT
and it is an old site around 3 years until now
can any one help me ?
