Google support IS NOT answering anymore? Googlea ADS Appeal

I have multiple Google ads accounts, mainly in the US, but it became impossible to appeal.

A few months ago, I had answers on the appeal after 3-5 days, and the way to push the request was by answering their email with "support ticket ID.."

From 2 months all has changed. The support ticket email IS NOT COMING anymore and the appeal is never getting an answer, I have some accounts with over 20 days already passed and no answer and others even over 30 days and still no answer.

There is any way to make those people check your appeals? I tested creating accounts even in other countries but the same things happening, they are not answering!

Anyone can help?

Google's whole support, no matter if its about Adwords, Adsense, Admob, YouTube, etc. it is all trash. Absolutely intransparent, you don't even know if you are talking to a real person.

But these guys are the first one who messages or punish you if something is wrong.

Message them on social media, especially Twitter. Tell them you are waiting for a reply for a long time, tell them the details. After I messaged them on Twitter, they actually had someone reply my support tickets.
 
they don't care to reply you. Try via twitter or facebook to contact
 
But how to contact them via twitter? There is no chat/message option
 
Most replies for me come in in 2 weeks max. Some even in a day or few days. No idea why that's happening to you.

Yours acc isnt trusted. Do u write appeal by hand or bot? Now I have answer on the appeal 2-3 days. But my team use spend or 30day farm accs.

But what are you saying about, all appeals taking over 1 month even account with ad spend over 2 million.

Obviously everyone has different results but I've tested this and saw absolutely no difference at all. I was able to get accounts back even on random shitty text generated by random sites. So whoever told you this is full of shit. Google doesn't really check appeals manually. Ok they do but very, very, very rarely. If I'd have to guess my percentage it would probably be under 0.1%.

Maybe its only in olds accs who were created 10 years ago and more.

when they manually review the account they also sent an email from the support that the account is escalated for manual review. I have received multiple manual reviews.
