Google suggested results

Hi!
I have a problem and I'm looking for help solving it. These are the proposed Google search results. I have a company called XYZ. For some time now, after entering XYZ, the first response is "XYZ scammers". After searching, there is no page that contains these words. Is there any way to remove "XYZ scammers" from the suggested results?

after entering xyz scammers, results only appear with good opinions, I don't have any bad ones . However, this suggestion bothers me a lot and I see that customers also react negatively to it.

I get it. In this case i dont know how to completely remove it. Mb someone else has a method. I wouldnt worry too much personally though.

Use a private browsing window to search for "XYZ" and see if the "XYZ scammers" suggestion persists. It should help determine if it's a personalized suggestion based on your past searches.

You shouldn't worry about it if you are getting positive results even after a negative word is included, it will increase user's trust as they won't find anything bad about you even they are searching "scammers" with your brand name.

And yes, as @PURSUIT MEDIA suggested, please check in private browsing too if it is just because of your previous searches. And instead of trying to remove it, associate your brand name with some other positive service related search and work on those keywords for a while to improve their searches. As more relevant words will start associating with your brand name they will gradually take over the first spot of keyword recommendation too.
