Do i have to submit my website to Google manually or not ? and what about sitemap generator plugin ? Does it help ? Thanks

No, you don't need to submit your site..

The sitemap plugin is useful, so use it. If you have WMT you can submit your sitemap in there
 
Don't do anything, Google will likely find it within a week or two.
 
Hi mate, You don't need to submit your site manually. Sitemap plugin is very much useful to index your site soon. It's a shortcut method to help search engines find and index all the parts of your site.

You don't have to submit your website manually to Google. Within a few weeks, your website will be indexed by Google. So you don't have to worry about it.
 
I used to submit my sites. But the last 2 my web hosting company site and my webmaster forum I didn't submit them and google found them just fine.

Get a few links to your site, get it listed with Reddit, etc, it will speed up the auto finding of your site.
