is this true already been back again to index with fast? I've tried it, but still can not index it quickly (takes about 3 to 5 days). If it's function properly, it is usually indexing within minutes.

I am not sure what to tell you. I am no longer experiencing the huge delays. I just added 2 more links today and in under 5-minutes they were indexed...
Getting links to index is completely random in my experience. Usually links with good content index faster, but I've read guys using spun content getting indexed just as fast as well. I suggest to try and submit it for a few days straight to see what happens.

I just submitted 3 links about 2 hours ago and only 1 actually indexed. The other 2 are not showing. The difference? The 1 that indexed was a new site (root domain). The other 2 were page links (not root domain). Not sure if that is significant or not. But... I can confirm that the submit tool is back to acting out like a spoiled child

So is this already been back again to function normally? But here we still can't index a page and any pages with that tool like as usually it does indexing withing minutes. We can only hope the best for this tool to function like as normal again because the function of this tool is to index the pages in a short time in order to benefit from visitors who need the information.
still not working right for me this last 1.5 weeks. I created a new blogger blog to test a couple days ago used submit url tool to submit the main domain xxxxxxx.blogspot.com and when I checked a few hours later it was indexed. However today I created a totally unique article on this blog and submitted that inner page url and nothing yet hours later I even embedded a relevant Youtube video in that articles page.......

same here, not working again since the first of this april 2018. Hope Google change their mind because this tool has a function for indexing every pages so that people can find out a fresh brand-new information from across the world web wide.

I can tell you, google keep making changes practically everyday. Its impossible to keep up with them.

Huh, they removed it. I expected that, so obvious. Only spammers used this tool. Now the question is who is more greedy: spammers or google? Notice Google is a private company and it wants adwords cash by making seo as hard as possible.

Previously I am using the Trial Copy, and the indexing ratio is super and within 12 to 24 hrs 90% index, but when I again try another trail copy, it's indexing ration is too bad and takes too times for the Indexing. What's the Problem, Need to buy 2 copy.
