A Google spy account would most likely just be a lurker, and an AI likely who scrapes posts for later analyzing by Google based on trigger words. Sort of how the FBI searches for terrorists online. So if you wanna guess who it would be look at Jr. VIP accounts who only have a few posts to begin and then have been lurking for years without contributing.
