I heard from one of my friend, that Google has slapped email/zip cpa offers via adwords. (with bids like 5-10$)

    Is this true ?

    Any personal experiences?

It all depends upon Quality Score of your account.
    Varies from account to account.
If your quality score is good , you can go down to cents too for the offers that pay $30+ :)
    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the answers.

i also did some research, and there are lots of websites collecting emails/zips, which are at number 1 position.

So, its all about quality score. (that i am pretty good at).

    Thanks for your inputs. Appreciated.

yes, google has slapped email/zips for the past 2 and a half yrs I have been running them. they are crappy offers so google doesn't like them. if you go to their keyword tool and choose the get keywords related to domain feature, and put in the domain of the offer, you will see sketchy keywords usually not at all related to the topic of the offer. This is what google sees when it scans the site. this is how you know you will get a bad quality score if you direct link.
