Google Sitemp error - Not fetched

My search console giving error. I have tried various plugins. it always says not fetched. I have also added meta and verified too it still not get added. Any help?

Are you able to go to your sitemap URL in your browser ? Is is correctly displayed ?
If yes, do you have a robots.txt file that would prevent Google from crawling it ?
 
Yes I can see sitemap.xml and no block in robots.txt

Errors are
"couldn't fetch".
"Sitemap could not be read"
 
Yes its there but showing error "Couldn't fetch" http://bit.ly/2KCwoWQ
