Google showing "uploaded by...." messed up meta description

This meta data doesn't appear anywhere on my whole website. I have disabled the author name, date and tags in my generate press theme and still google shows something like this:

Who the hell is Vaishali, I even never hired a content writer by that name.

Does it happen with you guys too?

Do you have a YouTube video if yes that’s the YouTube creator name

oh ok, yes I have embedded YouTube video. So need to remove it to get rid of it
