I've used the basic keyword usage, so my item is "brand color keyword"... worked so far on fairly competitive items. not much traffic from them though. I'll be looking for insights if people post em'

First of all, you have to make your website's design as per user requirements. Like you need to focus on the following:

• Site Search
• Browse Experience
• Product's Recommendation
• PIM

If you improved these basic terms of your website then you have optimized your website for google shopping.
