Google shopping free listing active but not showing on google

Hello I have a google shopping ads campaign which is paused but I can’t see my ads show on free listing. What could be the cause for that? any expert here to advice?

Maybe your products aren’t approved yet or missing some required attributes in Merchant Center. Also worth checking if your feed is fresh and if the “Surfaces across Google” setting is properly enabled.

All my products are approved and when I activate my ads they run properly on Google shopping ads, so I wonder why they won't show on Google free listing. My diagnostic shows no errors. And that happens on two of my Google shopping which are more than 3 years active
