Has anyone else noticed a change when launching a Google Shopping campaign connected to a Merchant Center account?

Until a few weeks ago, I used to see traffic almost immediately on a trusted Ads account, even while the deep review/crawl was still in progress. It would usually pull around 300 clicks a day, or about 10% of the budget, before hitting a hard daily cutoff. After about three days, it would typically start spending the full budget.

Lately, though, when I launch campaigns, I’m only seeing around 1 click or maybe 20 impressions before it stops.

I was wondering whether this is something on my end.

I think Google is becoming more cautious with fresh campaigns. More checks before giving full delivery maybe.

Could be due to Google’s learning phase, product feed issues or account changes, check Merchant Center diagnostics and bidding settings first.

Yesss I’ve seen this too nd i recommend you to check your merchant center and product status first because it could also be a recent Google change.

Google has been tightening the security for google shopping for a while now, to the point that i wouldn't doubt that soon you'd need to warm up the account with other campaign types untill you are "allowed" to use google shopping. Because this is by far the best campaign nowadays, easiest to setup and the one with the almost instant results (if you got the correct product and price)

I think it could be due to Google’s recent review or delivery changes you should check merchant center for any issues first.
