Google SERPs: What are links under page description called?

In some sites, for example, flower delivery, you will get some supplemental blue links under description. For example,

What are these links called (Extensive Range of Flowers & Fast shipping) ?

And how do you get them?

Easiest way to get these is, install TOC+ plugins although your website has to rank in the first page, install schema plugin and use Data highlighter in GWT to highlight your data.
or you can also hardcode them by using schema markup in your website head tag.

You're assuming OP is using Wordpress. Data Highlighter isn't a guarantee. Best option for OP is to implement as much rich snippet data via LSON-LD (through Tag Manager) as possible and hope. Sometimes Google will set site links, sometimes they won't. It's far more important to make sure as many relevant rich snippet tags are set and that pages are responsive and mobile friendly.

It's a HTML site.

Is LSON-LD different from JSON-LD? Are these like WordPress plugins?

(but I also have a WordPress site hosted on a separate domain so @lilmasta advice can be put to good use)
