Google SEO

I have two sites which both rank well in Google. My secondary site got listed in Googel local pages and my main site got booted for having duplicate content. How can I remove my secondary site from Local and have my main site restored? I don't want to delete secondary site, just switch them around basically.

Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated
