As an Expert SEO guy, I felt that Google search traffic is going down, while a big part of customers are going directly to e-commerce sites or social media sites, as these sites are now widespread. May share your opinion about this?

Organic traffic drops because users go straight to Amazon, TikTok, or Reddit. Google’s pushing ads and zero-click results, cutting clicks. E-com needs social, influencers, and ads. Content sites should build direct audiences. SEO alone isn’t enough now.

Google favors the big brands and big companies and the rest of us will keep dancing in Google SERPs.

You don't just "feel" that,
Use any keyword research tool and compare the search volume of the targeted niche keywords,
From my part, I don't believe there's a critical decline in the search volume (if any) for most niches,

It's normal to have fewer overall searches for some of them, and more in others,
But there are always people looking for something else and other niches to invest in

I also saw a drop in Google traffic after the recent Core update. Now, I'm focusing on driving more traffic from social media like TikTok and Instagram, it's proving to be a more effective strategy.

You made a valid point. These days, many people create their own brands and start promoting them on social media to generate leads and drive sales. Social media is becoming increasingly popular for brand promotion, while websites are often used to build credibility and showcase trust to end users.

It's like this: Leads (via social media) → Land on (your website).
