Google Search Results layout changing?

I made a blog post about Google's new search result layout which is here: http://www.onlinegrowthhacker.com/google-experimenting-new-search-results-layout/ - but what I'm more interested to know is if this is an isolated update, or test? Can you replicate the new SERP layout? Please let me know so I can update the post.

Nope, it is fine here. No changes are made yet here. May be, it is slowly rolling out
