Can any one elaborate the google search queries for relevant link building site?
I need to find thousand of relevant Forums, blog comments and free article submission sites

Did a little Googling and found this. might come in handy: https://www.optimizesmart.com/10000-search-engine-queries-for-your-link-building-campaign/

However, don't expect any significant rank increase from these though.
