I have trying to open Google Search Console but it won't happen. Any one can help to resolve the issue

Just give it a try after a couple of minutes,
It's a server error from their side, you can't do anything about

Try clearing your browser cache, using incognito mode, or switching networks. If the issue persists, check Google Search Console Status or try a different device.

Whenever you see something like this is because the url is wrong or you make mistakes somewhere

500 a generic error message,,, it indicates that the server was unable to complete the request,
it should be fixed by just refreshing or u could try clearing your browser cache and cookies or only for that site

Sometimes that specific webmaster tool can be a bit finicky. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then give it a shot in an incognito window or a completely different browser. Also, temporarily disable any browser extensions you have, as they can sometimes interfere. Make sure you're logged into the correct account for your site. Hope this helps you get in.
