Google Search Console Soft 404

The pages that are shown under this are pages I have deleted. If this is a beginner question, my apologies, but how do I fix this? Thanks

just 301 them all to where it makes the most sense (to their parent page if there is any, or to category page, or even the homepage if there's no better option), and then go back to your GSC and click on "fix it"... or "validate it", I don't remember how it's called..
