My GSC is showing 32 clicks in total for a given timeframe, but on the list of queries, it only shows 1 click in total. Am I missing something, or is the problem with the tool?

Do you check your page often with site:yoursite.com ? Because when I check it GSC shows click on that page. I think GSC counts that clicks.

They just don't show all the queries. They do through API, though. @Sartre can maybe confirm this.

Not true, Checking your site with :site doesn't count as a click unless you clicked on it ! it counts as an impression though!

The issue with your GSC could be a tool problem or data processing delay. It's also possible that the queries you're viewing may not be the same ones that generated clicks for your website. The queries list only shows queries that received clicks. To get a better understanding of queries generating clicks, use Google Analytics. Contact Google's support team for help if needed.

I said "I think GSC counts that clicks." GSC counts that clicks imo.
I'm giving you the fact and not just an assumption, Google console doesn't count an impression as a click come on now!
