Google search ads with cloaking

I'm running cloaking ads for a crypto casino company and the white page where Google crawler is supposed to go is a "hotel with a casino" landing page.
I have a relevant keywords regarding a hotel but when I start using cloaker and sending people to a black hat, casino listing page, I wanna know what keywords can I use so Google is gonna be okay with it and the traffic will be relevant.
Or should I just get traffic from people searching for hotels and staff? I don't think that will bring any value.

what you can do is target broad or hybrid keywords that work for both the white page and the user intent if thats what you really want but be careful..

what sort of keywords were you planning to use?

Try to use search intent keywords which can be used for both . Use Adspy tools and see how your competitors are doing .

Another method is use of isearchfrom.com , which can help you in seeing the ads in different geos.
