Hi guys, I've been owning a website for over 6 months. Do you think this is a sandbox or a penalty?

It's unclear without more details. Maybe if your website hasn't been updated recently, it might be in Google's sandbox. You can also check the google search console for the penalty issues.

This is a Penalty, because it can result from issues like using unethical SEO practices (e.g., keyword stuffing, buying backlinks), having low-quality or duplicate content, or engaging in spammy activities.

The sharp drop in your site's traffic suggests a penalty rather than the sandbox effect, which typically causes a slow rise in rankings. I’d recommend checking Google Search Console for any warnings, looking into recent changes on your site, and considering recent algorithm updates to figure out what’s going on.

It's tough to say without more info. What's your website about? Have you made any recent changes? What are your traffic levels like? Google Search Console can help you diagnose issues.

It's very tough to say without seeing proper details. But you can check on google search console. If your site got any penalty you can see there. Or another things you can check that is indexing.

So Autoblog is dead? Any chance to rank this kind of content?
Yes, it's dead as long as you're posting 100% AI-generated content. If you modify the content to add a human touch before publishing, then it might work.

May be experiencing either the effects of Google's sandbox or a penalty. If your site is relatively new (around 6 months old), this drop may be due to the effects of sandbox, if older, there is a penalty.

Has anyone ever recovered from this algorithm penalty for real?

It's not even clear what the problem is or why they're being penalized.

It sucks :suspicious:
