Google sandbox or Penalty . need help

Hi guys, I've been owning a website for over 6 months. Do you think this is a sandbox or a penalty?

my site is autoblog .

It's very tough to say without seeing proper details. But you can check on google search console. If your site got any penalty you can see there. Or another things you can check that is indexing.

Google released an algorithm update to eliminate all autoblogs, especially those with AI-generated content.

May be experiencing either the effects of Google's sandbox or a penalty. If your site is relatively new (around 6 months old), this drop may be due to the effects of sandbox, if older, there is a penalty.

penalty for sure, you can try 301 method, same domain name different extension, hope for luck

Check your GSC hope you received a messages about this, if so try to rectify the issues probably analyze complete back link profile and remove irrelevant links.

Has anyone ever recovered from this algorithm penalty for real?

It's not even clear what the problem is or why they're being penalized.
