The shocking part of this document is the "Nothing Wrong, Nothing Special" penalty that demotes you from High Quality to Medium.
Why that isn't headline news everywhere beats the shit out of me... They outsource this work and make it subjective as hell. Nice approach Google... sounds like a winner!

Yeah that section was a serious eye opener. I guess it's more important to make sure your listing appeals to the people reviewing with this document in mind than to your actual audience.
