Yes exactly but those negative review are damaging the business

Unfortunately, when running a business, reviews are important, customers are important, and you have to take care of them. Not so long ago, it was possible to remove reviews, but now it is not so easy. Newly posted reviews can be removed, but those older than a month are difficult to remove.
