Hi Dung,
A recently created Google Account review cannot get live in more than 90 percent of cases. Google is based on the history of the profiles that is the data they have gather from their Database. That is if a layman has an account then they are not the regular reviewer and their reviews are also lie between 0-3 because no one has time to post the review except the local Guide but their reviews have also the quality and all the details. So it is quite tricky to post reviews from profiles Layman has always
a neutral profile while a Local guide always has detailed description reviews profiles. The thing is that you cannot directly post reviews by creating a new profile.

The thing is when we post review from a profile and if the profile get disabled then the review posted from the profile will show A GOOGLE USER on the business where review was posted. It happens because google disable the profile and after few days if the profile was not claimed and doesn't get reactivated then the review after some time will be deleted forever by google. This was done by Google to stop the spamming of reviews.
