Does anyone bother to buy reviews now?

I dont think so, google gits hard.

Google also said that if they determine that a business owner has violated its Fake Engagement policy, Google "might place restrictions on their Business Profile (in addition to removing the violative reviews)."

The three examples include not being able to get new reviews, having existing reviews unpublished and/or a notice on your Google profile. Google wrote:

  • Business Profile will not be able to receive new reviews or ratings for set period of time
  • Business Profile’s existing reviews or ratings will be unpublished for set period of time
  • Business Profile will display a warning to let consumers know that fake reviews were removed

Yeah, buying reviews is definitely way riskier now. Google’s been cracking down hard on fake engagement, and the penalties can seriously damage a business’s reputation. Losing the ability to get new reviews or having a warning on your profile can scare away legit customers. Honestly, it’s just not worth the risk anymore—better to focus on organic reviews and real engagement to avoid getting flagged.

Who is to say that won't trigger it? I bet it will.
 
of the thousands of the reviews I have arranged and completed, there have been many things I have noticed change even if the reviewer is from within proximity.
And yes, it is getting even tougher for many.

A tip I can give to you guys is,
#1. Review coming from DESKTOP vs Mobile is more powerful imo.

The main issue they are blocking to get reviews on business profile as well as customers profile. If Google's algo's found something suspicious they block both for the given time period.
 
I have been posting reviews on Google for years. There were constant new updates, but my team and I found ways to post them. Now it's almost impossible. I ordered from other guys here, but no one could make them stick.

You mean desktop reviews are more likely to stay but not mobile? And if so, which OS and browser user agent?
 
The most important thing, in my experience, is the gmail you're using. Gmails from real users are the best for posting reviews. I used to post reviews with good aged gmails without any proxies. The problem is that these gmails are expensive, and you can't use them more than once or twice for reviews.
 
If the review get stick accidently. Then it will remove in some days. Google is now hard to do. Many people shifted to trustpilot

I don't have the detailed data of that level. But its a safe bet higher percentage is a windows user
 
I noticed it today too. But even real reviews from real people in my area were not showing up. Maybe 4 out of 10 showed
 
Anyone know a service that solicits real people in a local city and pays them to post the reviews?
Any FB groups for this?
 
I used to post a lot of reviews and I always managed to find a new way for posting after updates. Now, I haven't been able to make reviews stick for a few months. Even the ones I bought got deleted after some time.
