Unfortunately I don't think even the most reputable seller that exists can guarantee that 100% stick rate. Google is constantly implementing new updates, reviews get flagged, etc... Your best option is to not try and do this yourself, try different providers and go with someone with a 70% minimum stick rate, then replace ones that get removed for whatever reason.

G is getting really good with reivews. Are IPs 4G ? you must make your accounts look as natural as possible.

everyone gets the same problem but I suggest post reviews from different devices must use VPN when you are logging in your mail.
I'm posting with 4g, residential, vpn, proxies all available. Accounts are usa phone verified, and every account is separated with windows account, different cookies etc. I saw someone suggest emulators but i don't know what is their purpose

I'd stick with 4G or residential, avoid VPN at all costs. Regardless if your reviews do not stick you're accounts are most likely flagged. Try to get new ones or buy reviews from some provider, will save you headaches in the long run.
I'm making new accounts all the time. Maybe my device is flagged, or something else

I'd say so if you are continously creating them from the same one. I am unsure the cost of all your process but buying reviews or gmail accounts ain't that expensive.

I don't know, sometimes reviews stick, especially from aged accounts but now after 7-8 months stopped. I didn't changed anything, always different residential proxies, geo located, at least state. Different cookies, i don't think mad adress matters, but maybe Google know my real location or tracked me somehow
Yes i tried proxy, VPs, 4g...
I would by Gmail accounts, but they are usually not made in USA so it is a problem. I tried some but it didn't stick. I would like to buy if possible good Gmail accounts
