I recently started doing SEO for my father's business. He's been a sole contractor for a while, but as his son I think it's the right thing to do to watch his business grow as a direct result of online presence. So far I've created a Google My Business website, maps, i've purchased google ads, and I've started social media engagement. Luckily I've always been a "computer nerd". I'm a self taught programmer who loves messing around with anything digital, so I made his logo, I've made some very professional banner ads, strategic photos that display our business name on our profiles, and I've taken it upon myself to hire writers, photographers, and more. All of this is being done for him. I want to see him retire both comfortable, and wealthy. He has over ten years of experience and business networking relationships on his side.

Now.. to the point. I want to ramp up our reputation online by harboring some "authentic" reviews. I want to do whatever is in my ability to build his list of reviews without flagging our "Google My Business" account as a spammy, fake-review, non-legitimate business. What would be the best route to take in accomplishing this kind of goal? Also, if you have any suggestions as to any other actions I should be taking to do this whole thing right. My father is appreciative of my efforts, he's willing to give me commission for the leads. This means that I have a little bit of an extra incentive here, and some potential to make some pretty good money considering he's in a high demand business that makes a profit in the thousands of dollars after each sale. Thank you so much if you read this whole thing.

You can buy reviews but the problem are they giving review quickly and as you said will look spammy. Also target geo users, lets see for others response.

Sorry for the late response, would you be able to give me some more info on how one would go about buying reviews? I've been working at my online presence since making this post and it's been going fairly well as far as retaining clients goes, but I'm still trying to come up with a plan to increase reviews. At this point I think purchasing the reviews might be a good way to create a sense of "reputability". Thank you!

Purchasing reviews is the way to do it. Maybe you can save some $ by asking some friends (ideally within the area the business is located) to post a review for you.
