Google Requests Blogspot Website Owners To Display a cookies message

I got this message on my blogspot site

Either ignore this message or put a small paragraph regarding this in your disclaimer page !

It is law for any website being displayed within the EU to show the cookie message, if you are using a wordpress site there is a plugin that's free from wordpress.org that does it for you.

Privacy policy. Google for a template and just add a page to your website. Or look for the plugin like the poster above me said.
