My country is the guinea pig of Google. They test new things over here.
Later (in most of the cases) it becomes global.

Could be the case.

I typed "how to " and clicked the first suggestion.
I'm glad I didnt go for the 2nd one, e.q. "how to get pregnant"

My monitor' screen size is at a 4:3 ratio so I still see some organic content after G shows that big result. Users with the 16:9 ratio probably won't see what's under that video.
