which is the best way to index google redirects?

u don't have to create either index these links, they're totally useless,
focus on links that google do actually likes, not the ones that influence 3rd party services (especially Moz)

Those links are useless but if you're so desperate for them then just build tier 2 links to them, very simple.

They are good to take guest post. They increase DR / UR in a day.

For OP, Any indexing service can do the job

people buy guest posts to rank in google, not just to get their DR up, that won't make a living,
it's basically scamming
